Order Processing

Lulu Premium Dates strives to process orders within 2 business days of order acceptance. Processing time will be longer for custom orders. At this time, Lulu Premium Dates can only accept orders for delivery within Canada.

Free Local Delivery

Lulu Premium Dates offers free delivery in Ajax and Pickering, Ontario. Free delivery will occur within 1-2 days after order processing. Eligibility is determined by the shipping destination that is entered during checkout. No minimum spend is required.

Ontario-wide Delivery

Lulu Dates offers free standard shipping on purchases over $125 (before taxes) within Ontario. Purchases destined for Ontario that don't meet the $125 free standard shipping threshold will be subject to standard shipping fees. For standard shipping, we use Canada Post or similar shipping services and standard shipping timelines apply. You will be contacted by our shipping partner once your order is sent out for delivery. Eligibility for free shipping is determined by: 1) your cart total, and 2) the shipping destination that is entered during checkout.

Shipping to the rest of Canada

Orders sent within Canada but outside of Ontario are shipped using Canada Post or similar shipping services. Standard Canada Post shipping rates and times apply. The cost of shipping will be calculated once your shipping address has been entered and will be added to your order total.
