Refund policy

At Lulu Premium Dates, we pride ourselves on impeccable quality and great tasting products. Our priority with every order is customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, please contact customercare@luludates.ca within 48 hours of receiving your order. A replacement may be provided if incorrect goods were shipped, or the goods were defective or damaged during delivery. Photo evidence will be required in these instances. If evidence is insufficient to support the claim or not received within 48 hours, Lulu Premium Dates reserves the right to reject the claim.

Upon accepting a claim, Lulu Premium Dates will ship a replacement order or issue a refund in the original form of payment at its discretion. Please allow for adequate processing time.

Lulu Premium Dates is not responsible if customers provide incorrect address information or if customers are unavailable at the time of delivery. The customer will pay the cost for shipments that are returned or need to be re-shipped. Â
